The down side to being as busy as we've been the last couple of weeks is that sometimes it takes a little while for things to make it to the blog. I've been waiting to share this one for over a week and it's been seriously killing me because I wanted to get this blog post up so bad.
We met Adam and Mary Margaret at the square in Collierville for their sunset engagement photos and immediately remembered just how popular of a spot it is for family and kids photographers. Aleah and I arrived a couple minutes early, hopped out of the car, and realized that there was literally one place on the lawn of the square we could sit and not be in someone else's shot. Thankfully that one place was a park bench. We sat for a few watching all the kids running around and photographers chasing them. It looked like a ton of fun but I was also really glad that after a long weekend of shooting that our clients weren't likely to run away in the middle of the session.
Adam and Mary Margaret arrived, we found a quiet spot on the grass, and a couple minutes later looked down at my camera to realize that we could've totally stopped there and been just fine. They were so easy and so relaxed that the whole thing just kinda flowed. Instead of stopping though we decided to switch it up and head off the lawn. As good as they were in the green space though they were even better on the sidewalk. You could really tell just how comfortable they were with each other and how in love they are. I hope you guys enjoy seeing a bit of Adam and Mary Margaret's engagement shoot. We loved getting to hang out with them and can't wait for their wedding in April!
