When I first met with Jennifer and Toy back in January one of the first things she told me was that she was super behind in finding a photographer. They're getting married in just a couple weeks so at the time they were about four months out from their big day. When the subject of engagement photos came up though they didn't think they had time. That they were so late to the game that there was no way we could schedule them, take them, and turn them around before the big day. There was PLENTY of time and I'm so glad that they trusted me that winter would break in plenty of time for their engagement session because we had such a great time working with them.
We ended up taking these guys to the Germantown Civic Club Complex which was a totally new location for us. The cherry trees along Poplar Pike were in bloom and we just couldn't resist. From start to finish these guys were such a blast to work with and I can't wait for their Mud Island wedding in a couple weeks!
I think we could've stayed in those cherry trees all day long.
I am IN LOVE with Jennifer's engagement ring on this tree branch!
