There are two types of 3eight brides. Those that we meet, and over the course of the wedding planning process really start to click, and those that we have an instant connection with. Kim is definitely the latter. We met Kim last January at Pink Bride. Actually, Aleah met Kim at Pink Bride. I don't know where in the world I was but somehow we totally missed each other. I promise I was there somewhere. Anyway, I got to meet Kim and Trey about a week later when we sat down for coffee. From that first meeting I knew this was going to be an easy wedding for Aleah and I. Not easy because of any logistics but easy because weddings are always easier when you click with your couple. Kim and Trey love to laugh and it's so apparent in their photos.
We loved all the details from Trey and Kim's day. Their color palate was so modern and vibrant. They put so much thought into the little things. One of their favorite things at the museum is the polar bear so, to honor that, they had a polar bear cake topper. It was super cute. If I had to pick my favorite thing from the day though it would be Kim and Trey's epic around the door session. Since Trey and Kim opted for him not to see her until the ceremony they wanted to have an around the door. When it came time for the around the door though they said do my thing and let me have TWO locations. I can't wait for you guys to see how those turned out. I still have to bounce around a little when I look at them.
