Hey Guys! I'm going to start off this post with a sorry, not sorry. You've probably noticed that we've been MIA the past few weeks. Well, there's a very good reason for that. We had a kid. Baby Looney #2 made her way into the world a couple of days after Christmas and we decided it warranted a little break on our end. Matter of fact I'm having a slice of cake and cup of coffee while I type this because someone pooped on me this morning and I deserve it.
In wedding news though we shot our first wedding of 2017 last Saturday. Well, I shot it with Gracie. Aleah needed to sit this one out for obvious reasons. Or original plan was that we weren't taking any weddings in 2017 until March but when Jesse and Leslie called we knew we had to make it work! It was just going to be too good to pass up.
Bonne Terre Country Inn in MS was the perfect backdrop for their elegant winter wedding. Leslie made sure to keep the color pallet bright and bold so that it stood out even on a gray day like the one we had Saturday! From the flannel shirts the bridesmaids sported during hair and makeup to the evergreen accents on their cake the details of the day popped.
Thankfully for a January wedding it wasn't cold and for the most part the weather held. The only hiccup in our plan was when it started pouring rain during bridal party photos! They were rockstars though and we knocked those out SO SO fast!
We hope you guys enjoy Jesse and Leslie's big day!
