WooHoo it's wedding season again! After being gone on a short blog break we're back and ready to kick off our regular blogging schedule again for you guys. I'm super excited that we're back at the blog but also that I get to share Adam and Mary Margaret's wedding with you guys!
I'm excited and have been looking forward to sharing their big day for a couple of reasons. Part of it is because they're so sweet and so good together (and also really great at posing). Another part of it is that from the little bit they told us about the details of their day and what we knew about them we knew the details were going to be gorgeous! It's hard to go wrong with blush, navy, and gray but they took it to a whole new level! Everything was SO pretty and timeless!
No wedding day is without it's "Thing" that makes the day interesting and Adam and Mary Margaret's big day was no exception (although it definitely affected Mary Margaret more than Adam). Their thing? The wind! You may notice when you scroll though the blog post that Mary Margaret is only wearing her veil in some of the shots. It wasn't that she was dedicated to variety. Literally even with it pinned in the wind kept blowing it out of her hair! Aleah and Mary Margaret had a conversation during getting ready time about whether or not she wanted to wear it for all of portrait time, or have some with and without. She said she loved the option of both but none of us wanted to make things difficult. We decided to leave it in for all of portrait time but apparently God was listening because he took care of the transitions from veil to no veil for us just fine. It was in, and then suddenly it wasn't anymore. Thankfully her hair held up to all of the in and out beautifully and never moved. She ended up getting all that variety after all!
If every wedding we shoot this spring is as good as Adam and Mary Margaret's and every couple is as awesome as they are we're going to be on excitement overload come July!
